Workshops

Instável regularly holds workshops as a way to promote and instigate the artistic fabric of Porto and the country. The workshops are led by national and international artists, who share experiences, approaches and methodologies.

Usually on a short-term record, but with an intense and diverse training, the workshops are aimed at intermediate and advanced level students and Contemporary Dance professionals.
