Poetic Body
Milan Tomášik
Workshop

“Where attention goes, energy flows.” Being present, in the moment, and being able to execute any action fully, passionately, and with ease.

It is based on these principles that Milan Tomášik intends to awaken the body and mind of the participants, create harmony with time and space, and establish a connection between the individual and the environment. Through physical games, put into practice in an atmosphere that respects differences and encourages individuality, the potential is created for even the most sophisticated of movements to seem easy to execute.

In a holistic approach to dance, the trainer proposes that movements, whether improvised or deliberate, are intertwined. Starting from rhythm and musicality, Milan Tomasik’s main areas of expertise, the aim is to experience the body in its entirety, guiding you in an exploration of diverse qualities of movement and investigating the connection between emotion and movement.
